Service Results

Results may vary based on hair type, hair condition, texture, and previous treatments. Specific results are not guaranteed.

Any concerns regarding your service must be communicated before leaving the salon so they can be addressed appropriately.

Refund Policy

All services are final and non-refundable.

Adjustments or corrections may be offered at management discretion. Failure to follow salon policies may result in ineligibility for adjustments.

Scalp & Health Considerations

Clients with scalp conditions such as dermatitis, psoriasis, eczema, or folliculitis must inform the stylist before service.

We do not provide services on clients with open wounds or contagious scalp conditions, including Tinea Capitis.

By receiving services, clients acknowledge that all treatments are performed at their own discretion. Silk Press Bar is not liable for sensitivities, reactions, or pre-existing hair/scalp conditions.

Payments

We accept card payments only. Cash is not accepted on the premises.

Payment is due immediately upon completion of service. Tips are also processed by card only.

Agreement

By booking with Silk Press Bar, you acknowledge and agree to all salon policies listed above.

Appointments, Deposits & Cancellations

Appointments are reserved specifically for each client to ensure a timely and efficient experience.

A deposit is required to secure all appointments and is non-refundable.

As an express salon, we operate on a strict schedule. There are no grace periods. Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened or canceled at the stylist’s discretion. Full service is not guaranteed for late arrivals.

No-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in restricted or declined future booking privileges.

Walk-in appointments are limited, subject to availability, and are reserved exclusively for silk press services. Chemical services, extensions, braids, and cuts require a scheduled appointment.

Salon Guidelines

Silk Press Bar is designed to provide a clean, professional, and efficient salon experience.

Only clients receiving services are permitted inside the salon. No children under the age of 13 are allowed. Additional guests may be asked to wait outside.

To maintain a comfortable environment, we do not allow outside food or beverages, large bags, lap tops, Ipads, animals, smoking, vaping, or disruptive behavior.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not follow salon policies or whose behavior disrupts the experience of others.

Hair Preparation

Clients must arrive with hair fully detangled and properly prepared for service.

Hair should be free of glue, excessive product buildup, braids, twists, and tangles at the root. Failure to arrive properly prepared may result in additional fees or refusal of service at stylist discretion.
